Job Description - HR Administrator (Senior)

Job Title: HR Administrator (Senior) – Internal HR in our Recruitment Agency Location: Dublin 1, Ireland 3Q Recruitment is a dynamic SME in Dublin 1, committed to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of growth and development – for nearly 25 years we have proven our commitment in putting people first.  Our r ecruitment team of 10thrives on delivery results and they support up to 150 temps in temp contracts with our clients. We are now seeking a dedicated  Senior HR Administrator to take a hands-on position in all areas of HR and manage key HR functions with finesse and expertise. Salary: €30’000 to €36’000 DOE – Additional benefits after passing probation include training and development allowance, healthcare and pension contributions Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s human resources strategy and processes.

  • 3 Key areas of work within the position include:

1.Maintenance of HR Policies, Procedures, Documentation flows &              Database:
Accuracy & Effectiveness though team training and auditing files.
Ensure the maintenance of complete and accurate HR policies, procedures, and HR database. Keep abreast of updates in HR regulations and implement necessary changes accordingly. Maintaining the internal teams on-boarding, induction, training, and performance files and handle any internal HR issues as they arise, along with the Team Lead or GM.

  1. Culture, team learning & development:

Promote a positive culture of learning and development within the office team and engage with the companies CSR & work-place well-being policies that evidence our culture of ‘putting people first’.
Spearhead the continuous upskilling of our team members, focusing on company standard operating procedures. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance skillsets and boost productivity.  Addressing performance and skills gaps using internal and external training and coaching where appropriate.

  1. Regulatory & Client Files Compliance & Documentation:

Undertake all mandatory and legal documentation steps alongside the Team leader, particularly in areas of regulatory compliance and disciplinary processes. Monitor and address compliance gaps promptly to mitigate risks effectively. Requirements:
– 2 years’ experience as an HR Administrator or HR Generalist with a track record of success
– Relevant third level qualification and/or industry experience – CIPD Qualification desired
– Experienced in project management, deadline tracking and management reports & corrective actions arising from auditing internal HR SOPs
– Self-motivated and articulate with a strong focus on processes and compliance.
– Ability to empower, lead and motivate others within a team environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
– Exceptional PC, IT, and database skills.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to handle serious conversations with tact and professionalism.
– Thorough knowledge of HR law and best practices in Ireland.
– An ability to take direction from Senior management.
– An ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
– Be responsible and accountable with an ability to work on own initiative, priorities and manage several matters simultaneously and demonstrate attention to detail. Why Join Us:
