We are currently recruiting for a large number of law firms, [leading Irish, International and Boutique Insurance law firms] who are looking to speak to Solicitors with 2 to 5 year + PQE in Insurance litigation / Healthcare .

Firms are seeking ambitious Solicitors that have a minimum of 2 years PQE in Insurance/Healthcare and are seeking a fresh challenge in these areas.

Appointments will be made at, Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, Director level.

You will have a solid and proven track record in some, all of the following areas;

• General Insurance Defence work.
• Defence Litigation
• Healthcare
• Medical Negligence / Clinical Negligence
• Professional Negligence
• Healthcare Advisory – Regulatory etc.

You be completely familiar with all aspects of running files from initial consultation through to settlement/ hearings and ability to run your own caseload, with supervision as required. Provision of strong legal advice to clients, identifying areas of potential financial risk and providing expert/timely proactive guidance.
