You will process payroll related information from multiple sources, such as People Soft, Local HR, Corporate HR etc. You will assure computation of pay is according to company policy and in accordance with government regulations and tax legislation. You will review payroll audit reports, team members input, and payroll register to ensure accuracy. You will receive direction on completing creating and entering journal entries. You will interpret company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures. You will maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information. You will respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters. You will assist in special projects as assigned by Management. Work in conjunction with your line Manager, monitor and feedback on the performance of the payroll provider. You will be reporting internally through KPI’s, and externally through ad hoc reports requested by customers.  What you'll need to succeed
You will have Payroll qualifications such as IPASS or CIPP will be an advantage.
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a Multinational payroll environment.
You will be fluent English. Any additional language will be an advantage.
High Volume Payroll is desirable.  What you'll get in return
