Clayton Hotel Cambridge is a 4* Deluxe hotel, situated in the heart of Cambridge, just a 1 minute walk from the train station and a 10 miniute walk into the city centre. with 160 bedrooms, a extensive resturant and 4 meeting rooms Clayton Hotel Cambridge has a lot to offer an aspiring Food & Beverage Manager.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Assistant F&B Manager will support the successful running of the whole Food & Beverage offering within the hotel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Occasionally cover Duty Manager shifts.
• Target setting and supporting the team to achieving targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory role in an F&B or other hotel operations team.
• Proven leadership skills.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• A focus on our customers, making sure that they are catered for, in the best possibly way.
