Food & Beverage Assistants

Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is seeking to hire food and beverage assistant team members to join the highly successful team. The hours involved will include both early and late shifts and will include mid-week and weekend work.

Responsibilities:

• To the guest in accordance with Resort standards of food and beverage quality and in a gracious and professional manner.
• Display excellent hospitality through positive personality with both guest and co-workers.
• Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet.
• Clear, concise communication with the kitchen team.
• Responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure that food orders have been properly prepared, garnished and presented before allowing the dish to leave the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and managers

Job Specific:

• To provide excellent customer service.
• Work as part of a team.
• Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Honour all work-related requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable of food and beverage menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
• The ideal candidate will have previous or similar experience in a 4-5* property and strong communication skills are essential.
