Salary: €30k - €35k

As F&B Duty Manager, you will be the orchestrator of seamless guest experiences, ensuring every moment at our hotel is a memorable one.

As Hotel Duty Manager, your role will be multi-faceted and dynamic:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor our dedicated team of hotel professionals
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with finesse
• Ensure seamless check-ins, check-outs, and the highest level of service delivery
• Collaborate with other departments to create a harmonious guest experience
• Manage shift reports, schedules, and ensure a smooth handover process
• Constantly strive to innovate and improve the guest experience
