This role is with a fast growing software company looking for an experienced Lead Automation QA to join their team. As a Lead QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of their software products through automated testing, test planning, test case development and test execution.

My client is an Irish owned organisation specialising in aerospace software development company providing software solutions for companies in the aviation sector. This role has huge potential of becoming the Head of QA in a short period of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and TestNG
• Create and execute test plans and test cases
• Analyse test results and provide feedback to the development team
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve software quality
• Mentor junior QA and automation testers in best practices and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software testing and automation, with a focus on Java, Selenium, and TestNG, creating frameworks from scratch
• Experience leading a mid size teams, and mentoring junior QA's
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Salary is €80,000 base salary +Bonus, Private health insurance +Annual Leave
