Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Dublin 1, (3 days/ week onsite)

Contract / Permanent : FTC 6 Months, With further extension

Start date: end May 2023

Experience Level Required:

The Bank requires the services of 1 skilled Business Analyst (Senior) to join the Business Analysis team.

Candidates must have more than 7 years recent Business Analysis experience.

Candidates will ideally have.

Experience of working on large complex projects

Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously

Experience of working on Public Procurements initiatives

Experience of working in the Public and/or financial sector

Experience of working with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

 

Qualification:

It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has more than 7 years recent Business Analysis Experience

Key Deliverable:

The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role.

The candidate will work on one or more projects/teams that are at various stages in their lifecycle and will be required to produce some or all the following deliverables.

High Level and Detailed Requirements Documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements.

User Stories and supporting material.

Process flow diagrams of As-Is and To-Be processes.

Requirements Traceability Matrices

Other deliverables as required depend on the initiative.

Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets :

The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have worked on a number of large and complex projects in a Business Analyst role.

They should:

1. have a broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling.

2. have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, with multiple diverse participants including experience with running virtual and hybrid workshops.

3. have extensive experience of stakeholder management, including managing challenging stakeholders.

4. have experience in producing concise and accurate specifications of business needs using both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
