Requirements:

**Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's degree.

**TEFL/TESOL certification is required (CELTA/DELTA certification is preferred).

**Prior experience teaching ESL at the high school level.

**Proficiency in English grammar and a solid understanding of language acquisition principles.

**Exemplary communication skills coupled with cultural sensitivity, with familiarity with Chinese culture considered advantageous.

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 10,000 up to 16,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)per month based on experience and qualification, 12% Tax is applied

Housing:

Housing allowance of 2000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided

Medical:

State/Public medical provided

Contract Length:

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
