HR Generalist / Dublin West

Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. Salary: All doe plus benefits.

The Role:

  • Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions.
  • Managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training programs.
  • Addressing employee relations from employee concerns to resolving conflicts.
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and maintaining employee morale.
  • Implementing and monitoring employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administering employee benefits programs
  • Ensuring compliance with compensation regulations and policies.
  • Conducting salary surveys and making recommendations for salary adjustments.
  • Implementing performance appraisal systems and assisting managers with evaluations.
  • Developing and coordinating performance improvement plans.
  • Providing coaching and support to managers and employees
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Managing workplace safety programs and compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment law and HR best practices.
  • Coordinating and facilitating training sessions.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring policies are communicated effectively to all employees.
  • Handling disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.

The Candidate:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and CIPD membership
  • Several years of experience in HR roles, with a broad understanding of HR functions.
  • Employee relations and employee engagement experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
