Who We are:

NIRAS Ireland provides Project Management, Engineering Design, and Project resourcing services to the Pharmaceutical and Life Science Sectors. As a company we specialize in the design and delivery of process-driven projects across Ireland and internationally.

You will be responsible for safely coordinating and leading projects associated with Process Improvements, Automation, Aseptic processing, New Processing equipment with some Facility and Utilities modifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Engineering services to the facility, in order to maximise the availability of equipment and Utilities.
• Manage capital engineering projects within the site following the full Project lifecycle approach.
• Identify, plan, schedule, manage and communicate on production related projects to all affected stakeholders.
• Support the Engineering team with an emphasis on continual operational improvements.
• Manage process engineering, process improvement, and technical troubleshooting within the site.
• Support the provision of Process Safety Projects initiatives to the site.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams – Design, Engineering, QA, EHS, Planning, Equipment Vendors, Operations, and Validations.

Requirements:

• Third level qualification in an Engineering or equivalent discipline/experience.
• Experience of working in the Biologics or Pharmaceuticals industry.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related role.
• Project Management experience with a proven record.
• Experience in Containment, Aseptic Processing & Tech Transfer is desirable.
