You will be part of a global team working with an industry leading financial software that enables are customers to grow and scale. You will be given the opportunity to grow, develop and meet new people from around the world. Summary of your day-to-day?
You will be assisting customers and/or partners with questions and issues with the Sage Intacct application via live help, online customer portal and over the phone. You will be managing your cases which includes maintaining, updating and prioritising, to meet published customer service level agreements. You will also troubleshoot issues along with providing proactive suggestions to improve customer use and satisfaction. #LI-SW1

Key Responsibilities
