Warehouse Operative

Our Client, a leading provider of Industrial Supply equipment based in Galway, is actively seeking a dynamic  Warehouse Operative  to enhance their team. The primary responsibilities will include efficiently picking, packing, and ensuring the complete and accurate on-time delivery of orders. In addition to fulfilling orders, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the receipt of goods and accurately inputting records into the digital database.

Please Note:  This is a 4 day week, evening shift position (Monday to Wednesday - 2.00pm until midnight, Thursday - 2.00pm until 11.00pm)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily verification and breakdown / management of inbound material
• Same day system input of inbound material
• Daily Pick / Pack and dispatch of outbound material
• Warehouse cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Maintain off-site stock storage list including equipment
• Light manufacturing duties
• Forklift Operation
• Maintain a safe place of work through regular house-keeping and good safety work practices
• Other duties as required

• 1 to 2 years experience in a warehouse environment.

• 1+ year forklift driving experience. License is an advantage. 

• Experience in receiving and inputting orders

• Driving license and own form of transport. 

• Fluent English is essential.

• Self motivated and flexible.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Demonstrated attention to detail.
