Role Overview:

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be an integral part of our client’s finance department, supporting the Accounts Receivable function. You will be responsible for managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, generating invoices, and assisting with various financial tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming payments and ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts
• Generate and distribute invoices in a timely manner
• Follow up on outstanding payments and address any discrepancies
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy and resolve issues
• Support month-end closing procedures as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, preferably within the transport and logistics industry
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
