Job Description - Talent Consultant

Our engineering hubs in EMEA and LATAM are full of talented professionals delivering business success and digital improvement across application development, software architecture, CI/CD, business intelligence, QA automation, and new technology integrations.

We are looking for a Talent Consultant to work on our Tech Relations team, seeking the best global talent for our Tech pillar and contributing to team engagement, and team expansion.

You will be part of a distributed team working on various roles, including engineering and product. Reporting to the Heads of Tech Relations, you will help us grow our engineering teams thoughtfully, consistently delivering an exceptional candidate experience while adhering to quality standards and compliance.

We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, proactiveness, attention to detail, and a spirit of teamwork.

What you will do:

- Build relationships and collaborate with Heads, Tech Partners, and the engineering team to understand hiring needs and team goals.

- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing (with support from Tech Sourcers) to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Comply with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures, both internally and externally, such as GDPR and ISO.

- Support Tech Sourcers with best sourcing practices and methods.

- Represent Zartis to the highest standard to enhance the Zartis brand and candidate experience.

What you will bring:

- Previous experience managing hiring processes.

- Experience in following quality standards and procedures.

- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with agility and flexibility.

- Strong communication skills. Fluency in English.

- Passion for cooperative teamwork.

Nice to have:

- Deep understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.

- Experience hiring in the IT sector.

- Native English proficiency.
