Site Manager (Carpentry)

Title: Site Manager

Location: Dublin

Salary: €70,000

Site Manager required for a new project in Dublin

Carpentry background prefered

Residential experience a must

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day on-site activities.
• Ensure that contracts are completed as per programme, on budget and to an extremely high standard.
• Ensure all HSEQ systems are managed and adhered to.
• Logistics/Planning and scheduling of works.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Site Manager
• Experience working on a range of building projects, including industrial, commercial etc. is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
