Warehouse Manager

Excel Recruitment is seeking out an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the business for a large client in the FCMG industry Co. Limerick. The ideal candidate would have previous experience managing all aspects of a large operation.

Responsibilities of this Warehouse Manager

• General Management of Team Leads and other colleagues to ensure smooth operation.
• Craft a collaborative work culture that is both inclusive and engaged so that every member of the team understands their goals and expected contributions.
• Continuously evaluate all data to ensure the most optimal operation of the warehouse.
• Develop the team using various methods such as personal development plans (PDP), appraisals, reviews etc… to drive teams to succeed.

Requirements of this position

• Experience in the FCMG Industry
• A minimum of 3 year's experience in relevant management with a particular focus on high-volume logistics
• IT proficiency - requires the ability to manage, analyse, and compile data to measure the business' requirements.
• Very strong communication skills are needed to delegate tasks effectively.
• Flexible in your management style.
