Maintenance Technicians

We have a new opening for Shift Maintenance Technicians - Shift Work – this is a  permanent opportunity with an  attractive benefits package . You will be joining a Global Medical Device organisation in  the Midlands.

Job Responsibilities

• Repairing and Troubleshooting Electro/Mechanical Equipment Failures.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance procedures.
• Work proactively to ensure performance targets are met.
• Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices & Good Documentation Practices are followed.
• Support Engineering projects and lead actions assigned to the maintenance group.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in a Similar Technical role within the Medical Device or similar industry with an established track record.
• Candidates with a Level 7 or Level 8 of Engineering Disciplines in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Craft Level 6 in Electrial or Mechanical fields
• Mechanical Experience within an automated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, and pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrate a high level of technical ability.
• Good Verbal and written Communication skills.
• Strong Teamwork abilities.
