Quality Admin Assistant

A leading chemical manufacturer based in  Little Island, Cork is currently looking for an experienced Quality Admin Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Admin Assitant, you will:

• Carry out daily checks and actively reporting deviations and quality issues to supervisors.
• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
• Discuss any issues and propose solutions with superiors.
• Document quality assurance activities and assist in creating audit reports.
• Suggest recommendations for improvement with supervisors.
• Support improving traceability and record-keeping systems.
• Document errors and issues for fixing.
• Assist in the development of SOPs by interviewing operators, production supervisors, and technical staff.

Experience

• Working knowledge of methods and concepts of quality assurance.
