Enet is Ireland’s largest, open access network provider, building and operating the largest alternative wholesale telecoms network in Ireland.
As an Account Manager at Enet you will be selling new business and retaining existing business through excellent customer relationship management skills as well as serving as interface between the sales operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive above average growth from nominated enet clients.
We operate a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our Limerick office (Tuesday and Wednesday). This role reports to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Persuasively articulate the benefits of enet services relative to client needs.
- Learn and master the enet services, products and benefits.
- Assertively plan and execute the monthly, quarterly & annual sales target, and deliver growth from the client base.
- Negotiate the rollover of existing client contracts.
- Identification of new carriers; engaging with, presenting to and signing agreements to onboard same and new revenue lines.
- Work with the Implementation & Account Development team as needed to ensure customer success, and to identify and pursue up-sell opportunities.
- Build successful relationships within the business.
- Keep abreast of current and proposed market developments in relation to the telco environment both from a commercial and regulatory perspective.

Key Skills / Qualifications:
- External sales experience to senior representatives in SME and above.
- Understanding of wholesale telecoms services (Ethernet, Wireless and Dark Fibre) preferred.
- Good communicator with ability to convey complex information in a straightforward manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and produce accurate time-critical information.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Team player: ability to communicate positively to the team and throughout the company but also be able to maintain a high level of autonomy.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise.
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
- Collaborative style of working with focus on building strong relationships both internal and external.
- Act as an ambassador to enet and within the Speed Fibre Group.
