Ads Product Solutions Specialist

Location: New York, Dublin or Singapore (onsite)

Base Salary Range (New York): $127,000 - $166,000

Who you are:

We are looking for talented individuals to further develop customers and technology partners relationships while improving our advertising products and offering. We’re looking for a key individual contributor to drive our advertising performance forward.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with our Sales and Engineering team to identify, develop, and optimize new business opportunities and develop client relationships by leveraging our products and technologies.

• Work with our Engineering team to develop cutting-edge solutions as the technical lead, and provide consulting services to our partners. Build lasting relationships by staying attuned to our customers needs

• Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to to our clients, sellers and marketing partners

• Work with our Technical Operations team and Engineering team to troubleshoot revenue blocking bugs and accelerate solutions

• Provide excellent customer experiences by delivering deep technical value to their online, digital initiatives.

• Work as part of an XFN group to support key clients through their major launches and connections to major cultural/sporting moments on X.

• Work across our ads stack on predictive modeling, improving the way the system explores new traffic, mitigating effects of selection bias, effective budget pacing, efficient AB testing, accurate candidate ranking, visualizations, troubleshooting and more.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working with and managing external partners.

• Experience in software engineering.

• Fluent in one or more object oriented languages like Java, Scala, C#, C++

• Strong knowledge in deep learning, machine learning and backend engineering.

• Comfortable conducting design and code reviews.

• Industry experience with online advertising and/or large-scale distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Python and SQL

• Experience owning a production machine learning system and/or pipeline

• Experience in customer facing roles in sales, sales engineering, consulting, or related functions.

• Experience in the online advertising industry.

• International experience, woking across multiple markets in a region

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and present technical materials to groups of any size and background.

• Experience in Machine Learning

• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
