Currently Hiring an experienced Communications & Advocacy Manager for their Dublin Operation. Full time 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- managing both proactive and reactive media efforts as well as ensuring the implementation of appropriate plans.
- Develop comprehensive communication and marketing strategies that encompass various tools such as media relations internal communications brand marketing advertising and digital media.
- Execute public relations and marketing initiatives to enhance brand recognition drive revenue establish employer branding and effectively communicate programs activities and impact.
- Supervise the production of internal and external research reports that shed light on the needs of individuals affected by homelessness and the professionals who serve them
- Accountable for overseeing brand management including maintaining brand awareness and upholding brand and corporate identity standards.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience that demonstrates ability.
- Relevant Communications/Advocacy/Marketing/PR qualification.
- At least two years experience of working successfully in a senior role within a notforprofit or communications/advocacy/PR/ marketing environment.
- A proven track record of successful communications advocacy PR campaigns and activity.
- Excellent and engaging communications (oral written and presentation skills).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
