Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

**Job Description:**

As a Digital Marketing Associate at Wix.com, you will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in executing various online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a full-time remote position based in Cork, Ireland.

**Responsibilities:** - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising - Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results and drive continuous improvement - Produce creative content for digital channels including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging digital assets - Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing

**Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable and dedicated nature with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated time management and organization skills - Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies
