About the Role

You will support the Digital Performance Marketing Manager in the executation of the digital strategy. The key areas in which you will work will be CRM, SEO and Website Performance. The top three accountabilities are to:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging content, designing templates, and tracking email performance metric
  • Lead on the implementation of the SEO strategy
  • Ulitise Analytics Tool to improve website performance across Quality Assurance, Accessibility and SEO KPIs.

This is a 12 month secondment based in Dublin and includes some home working. This role can be worked flexibly to suit the business and employee.

Responsibilities:

This role directly contributes to commercial success of the Diageo Irish Brand Homes. The role will promote activity across a variety of owned, earned and paid channels.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging content, designing templates, and tracking email performance metrics.
  • Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, including customer segmentation, data cleansing, and database maintenance.
  • Drive upsell and cross sell strategies, leveraging CRM data and insights to personalise customer experiences.
  • Assist in the implement of digital strategies designed to drive growth and visitor numbers across our online sales channels.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations on digital marketing and CRM performance to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Liase with our media agency in the implementation of the SEO strategy.
  • Assist with Blog content and CMS upload.
  • Ulitise Analytics Tool (Quantum Metrics, Google Analytics, Site Improve) to improve website performance across Quality Assurance, Accessibility and SEO KPIs.
  • Support the digital performance manager in the delivery of website projects

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience (ideally 2 years) in digital marketing and customer relationship management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing customer databases
    (Saleforce preferable)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising (Meta and Google AdWords preferable)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with CMS, Email Marketing/CRM
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
