Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

LinkedIn Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a key member of our marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition - Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and display advertising - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts - Manage digital marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure cost-efficiency - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion - Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaigns for maximum performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition - Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong decision-making and cooperation soft skills - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
