We are seeking expressions of interest from ambitious  Employment Solicitors/Lawyers looking for a change or to advance their career by making a lateral move in Employment Law. There has never been a better time to make a move.

Ideally, you will have experience in the most/all of the following;

• 1-6 year+ PQE in Irish Employment Law [Contentious & Non-Contentious]
• Solicitors will ideally have experience and/or trained with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique Employment law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK
• Corporate transactions and TUPE law.
• Advising on a wide range of employment issues such as; managing dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, employment financial services regulatory issues, gender pay gap compliance, managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issues;
• Claims before the WRC [Workplace Relations Commission] and Labour Court
• Candidates will have excellent technical knowledge of all current/impending Irish employment legislation and case law.

Significant interest in speaking Senior Employment Law Solicitors at Salary Partner/Junior Partner/Fixed Share Partner/Equity Partner level for senior level lateral opportunities.
