Fixed Income Analyst

A dynamic and growing Investment Manager is on the lookout for a promising and talented Junior Fixed Income Analyst to join their expanding Investment Team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fixed income funds and/or fund-of-funds, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently monitor and conduct in-depth fund analysis on a portfolio of funds.
• Monitor market trends and provide timely insights to support investment decision-making.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and other team members to develop investment strategies and recommendations.
• Monitor fund positioning and performance to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
• Perform manager research, including speaking with investment managers to gain insights and assess strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience working as an Investment Analyst, preferably within an Asset Management firm.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Self-starter, with excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
