Job Description - Fundraising and Digital Marketing Lead

Cpl Marketing Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fundraising executive to join an Irish not-for-profit organisation. Reporting to the CFO the Fundraising and Digital Marketing Lead will play a key role in delivering the organisations Digital Fundraising and Communications objectives. This a fantastic standalone role for someone looking to increase an organisations visibility, awareness and understanding of their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of digital marketing, communications and donation campaigns.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop, launch, monitor and review digital marketing campaigns focused on securing online donations, online fundraisers and online followers.
  • Identify new and improved approaches to optimise digital marketing campaigns, including testing different creative approaches, audience targeting and messaging.
  • Support the development and delivery of major digital fundraising campaigns, both in a standalone campaign capacity and as part of a number of integrated 'through the line' multichannel activities.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop effective approaches to recruiting and engaging fundraisers and event participants
  • Develop and deliver a broad range of digital communications (e-newsletters, email appeals, social media campaigns) to engage, retain and develop existing and new donors.
  • Play a leading role in brand led campaigns aimed at growing an audience and supporter base and donor base.
  • Monitor, review and report on monthly giving donor base, including attrition rates, tenure and retention drivers.
  • Manage the ongoing development of excellent supporter care approaches and processes.
  • Coordination of donor database management, ensuring high quality and accuracy of data inputting.

Experience required:

  • Creative approaches to solving fundraising challenges, solving both internal and external problems.
  • Degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
  • 3 years experience in a fundraising role with a significant amount of digital marketing.
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills.
  • Self motivated, with excellent initiative.
