German speaking Recruiter

We have a fantastic new opportunity available in Ireland for a fluent GERMAN speaker to join a busy recruitment team for an international company specialising in promotional products. The role will be based in Dundalk - a city north of the capital Dublin and close to the Northern Irish border. 

As a German Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing candidates to induction. Your main focus will be for the German market. You will contact candidates from recruitment sources, screen and interview candidates and present pre-qualified candidates to the hiring managers. You will ensure that there is a good candidate flow and that internal hiring targets are met. From time to time you will attend (virtual) recruitment fairs. 

The successful candidate has:

Business level fluent German

Social media networking experience with tools like LinkedIn as well as experience with job boards

Previous recruitment experience specifically with multilingual / German candidates

A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an agency, on-site, in-house recruitment position.

Excellent IT skills such as Microsoft Office products and Taleo

Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently

The basic salary is Euro 35,000 gross p/a plus benefits. There is also an excellent relocation package on offer which includes flight reimbursement and some days in the hotel as well as support finding a place to live in Dundalk.
