Job Description - Head of Brand Content & Strategy



Reach Plc are looking for a Head of Content & Strategy to Head up Client Solutions at Reach, your core mission is to seamlessly integrate clients and brands onto our platforms by deeply understanding their needs, goals, and obstacles.

You will be Working directly with our Client strategy director to ensure clients are being serviced locally to the highest standards.

This role can be based in Dublin or Belfast

Job Description



Your pivotal role involves blending this understanding with our strengths, flagship products, and insights to generate transformative solutions. You're not just pitching ideas; you're architecting compelling stories, initiating experiences for our clients, surpassing their expectations. 

Collaborating closely with sales teams, you serve as the vital link between our clients and our offerings, ensuring each interaction is tailored, strategic, and impactful. Your expertise is fundamental to fostering client satisfaction, retention, and fostering growth.

Other duties include:

  • Understand our products and our overall business strategy to ensure we’re communicating this perfectly to our clients
  • Have a genuine interest in the businesses we work with to best gauge how Reach can assist their business

  • Contribution to ideation in response to briefs as well as speculative proposals 

  • Attend client meetings and be the voice of reason when push comes to shove about campaigns

  • Interpret what clients are looking to achieve and help direct them towards our core products backed by customer value strategy.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritise workload effectively

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to get your point across in a conversation

  • Strong account management skills

  • Team player - Ability to work as part of fast paced team

  • Proficient computer skills including excel, word

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM an advantage

  • At least 3 year’s experience in media industry

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, digital or relevant discipline

  • Proven track record in sales/account management
