Head of HR

Cpl Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing engineering company based in Co. Meath with hire of a Head of HR for Ireland and the UK. Through organic growth and acquisitions, this is an ideal time to join the team and lead out on the people function.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

• Support with future acquisitions
• Building on the existing HR and Recruitment function within the business
• Lead on global people goals and strategy in line with the company plans
• Focus on culture development through a period of growth
• Develop strong programmes to include, employee development, promotions and retention

Experience and skills required:

• Strong reporting and influencing skills
• Experience in a HR Manager or Head of HR role
• Exposure to previous acquisitions would be an advantage
• People management is essential
• Ability to be onsite 4/5 days per week in Co. Meath
• Experience in the Irish HR market is essential
