Job Description

Join Our Team as an Internal Communication Manager

Are you passionate about shaping the internal narrative of an organization? We are seeking a dynamic Internal Communication Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal communication, enabling change and keeping our teams informed and engaged.

As an independent player, you'll be directly working and reporting to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement Communication plans and strategies:  Develop and structure communication plans to engage our teams in a context of organisational change.
• Prepare Town halls: Organize and coordinate town hall meetings to ensure effective communication of organizational updates and strategic initiatives.
• Structure Compelling Presentations and messages: Develop and structure engaging presentations that effectively convey key messages and inspire our teams.
• Utilize the different communication channels: Leverage our communication channels (Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, etc.) to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree can be a plus.
• Proven Experience in Internal Communications: Typically 5+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
• Experience in Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and practices.

Skills

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Presentation and Public Speaking Skills: Confidence and expertise in delivering presentations and leading information sessions.
• Content Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging content for various communication channels.
