Investment Associate

On behalf of our client, an international Real Estate investor, we are looking to hire an Investment Associate to join the Dublin team.

The Role: 

• Support in depth industry and market research relating to acquisition opportunities. 
• Assist in underwriting and development of real estate financial models. 
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and Portfolio Management teams in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual results announcements and investor presentations. 
• Presentation and re[porting of key financials to senior management. 

Requirements

• University degree with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, Finance or Mathematics discipline 
• 2-3 years' experience in an analyst level role with an investment bank/consulting firm/asset manager 
• High degree of proficiency in financial modelling. 
• Detail oriented, strong analytical skills with ability to deliver to deadlines. 
• ACA or CFA achievement or progress towards designation desirable.
