Junior Growth Engineer

You are a techie, a problem solver, naturally curious. You’ve always been interested in computers and software. You like maths and you’re a bit of a nerd! 

This role doesn’t require any experience but you need to be a fast learner with strong problem solving skills and a knowledge of software and computers.

In terms of your role, you will…

• Help build, design and improve complex workflows.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other growth experiments to optimize user acquisition, activation and retention.
• Utilise data analytics tools to gather insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate third-party tools and APIs that drive growth.
• Work closely with product managers, marketers, and designers to understand user behavior and develop targeted growth strategies.
• Communicate experiment results and growth insights to stakeholders and recommend actionable next steps.

To succeed, you will need …

• Understanding of programming, web development and software
• Familiarity with data analysis 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and growth strategies
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
