Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dell Ireland is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our remote team based in Dublin, Ireland. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts through various channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Dell products and services - Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and industry trends - Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content - Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and email marketing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to adjust strategies as needed - Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and trade shows - Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Persuasion skills to effectively convey marketing messages - Excellent time management and prioritization skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools/software - Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
