Membership Engagement and Communications Executive – Permanent
Cpl are delighted to be working with a social impact organisation who are seeking a dynamic Membership Engagement and Communications Executive to join the team on permanent contract, based in Dublin 4. Reporting directly to the Membership Engagement Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of all Membership communications materials, ezine communications, digital and social channel content development. They will be a key member of the team involved in the delivery of a calendar of Member engagement events across the year.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Membership Engagement Manager in developing and executing a clear calendar of engagement to deliver and exceptional member journey across all touchpoints
· Develop a suite of Membership comms materials as required including, but not limited to:
- Recruitment, onboarding, e-zines, event promotional materials, direct mail and newsletters
- Digital content development
- Maintain and update website and social media channels
· Ensure consistent calendar of internal communications to ensure colleagues across the company are aware of all Member activities and events
· Work closely with Foundation team to support delivery of Member focused events
· Be flexible regarding working hours *
*Standard weekly hours are 9 - 5pm Monday to Friday. The role may require attendance at events outside of office hours during the week and at weekends. Time Off in Lieu is applicable to this position.
Requirements:
· Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality or Business or equivalent
·2+ years’ experience in marketing and event management, ideally in the Hospitality or event management industry
· Show excellent attention to detail
· Have excellent digital and social media skills
· Communicate in a polite and professional manner to Members and the wider public
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills
· Possess excellent IT skills
