Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to performance marketing specialist, overseeing multiple clients' paid media accounts.
- Own, manage and implement various aspects to clients accounts
- , including Paid Search, Paid Social, and all other performance-related tasks.
- Take charge and drive exceptional results, backed by the support of our Digital Performance Director.
Paid Search & Social
- Develop strategies and approaches for new and current client accounts across various industries, primarily in the service business space.
- Manage and oversee paid search performance campaigns for multiple clients.
- Run day-to-day campaigns, including campaign optimization, Paid search PPC, conducting keyword and audience research, managing budgets, writing ad copy, and providing creative guidance.
- Generate reports and present campaign results to clients.
- Create landing pages using page builder software and conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the paid media space, including exploring new AI-powered tools and emerging platforms.
- Continuously upskill in performance marketing to achieve further growth for client accounts.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for paid media campaigns to align with client goals.
- Educate and guide the agency's clients about marketing metrics and analytics to enhance their understanding.
- Set up tracking for search campaigns using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, look Studio, including the necessary pixels and tags.
- Build KPI Dashboards using Looker Studio to monitor campaign results and analytics, and regularly report the findings to clients.
- Write case studies on key accounts to showcase successful work and highlight the agency's accomplishments.
Qualifications & Experience
- MUST HAVE IRISH AGENCY EXPERIENCE
- A Degree in Marketing/Advertising or Film/Media (Essential)
- 1-2 years of paid search management experience at an Irish agency. (Essential)
- Account management (Essential)
- A full driver’s licence is preferable.
- Knowledge of multimedia production tasks and software, including Canva/Adobe.
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently, and with a team.
- Enjoys managing client relationships and keeping clients satisfied.
