Project Manager - DACH Market - k

This is an opportunity to join one of the leading international insurance, life savings and retirement business.

We are looking to speak to fluent GERMAN speakers with experience in Project Management or Change Management or Migration/Data Migration Processes.

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the design, planning and delivery of small to medium-sized IT and/or business change projects from inception to project closure, and deliver within agreed scope on time, budget and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively managing projects with limited resources, within a cost pressured environment.
• Building strong relationships with project team members and other stakeholders, when typically there is no direct line management responsibility.
• Determining when project risks and issues can be dealt with internally, and where they need to be escalated to senior stakeholders.
• Apply project management tools and techniques appropriately, to effectively manage the project to successful delivery.
• Develop a network of contacts internally and externally to draw on and share best practice of project management.
• Travelling to visit senior stakeholders and Teams based in London and Frankfurt
• Conduct project reviews to ensure projects are formally closed, reviewed and that lessons learned are captured and actioned as appropriate

What are we looking for?

• Fluent German and English Speaker
• Project and programme management experience
• Resource Management Experience
• Previous Exposure to Change Management and ideally Data Migration

Location

• Hybrid model - Flexible
• Dublin City Centre (close to St. Stephen's Green)
• Candidates should be happy to travel from time to time to London and Frankfurt (not very often)

Salary and Benefits

• Salary depends on Experience (up to €70 - 75 000)
• Performance Bonus - 10-15%
• 12 months initial fixed term contract
