Remote Digital Marketing Associate

WebDoctor is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. We are looking for someone who is independent, driven, creative, and has strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve campaign performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute successful email marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Leadership skills to guide and collaborate with team members
