Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and messaging - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, and ads - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Support the development of marketing strategies and plans

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools - Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Driven to achieve results and continuously improve - Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills
