Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Microsoft Ireland. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance, and driving engagement with our target audience. This is a full-time work from home position located in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms - Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimization - Create and maintain social media content calendars - Monitor and respond to social media engagement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital assets - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing best practices and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Passionate and dedicated to driving results - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Research skills to identify marketing opportunities and trends
