Role Snapshot: The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering the company's marketing strategy, driving business growth, and enhancing customer engagement. You will be working alongside a dedicated team, committed to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Development and execution of the Marketing Strategy and Plan, in partnership with stakeholders.

· Analysis of marketing data to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.

· Execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving revenue, enhancing engagement, and generating leads, with a keen eye on ROI.

· Management of the company's digital footprint, including website and social media platforms, ensuring optimisation for SEO.

· Content creation and management across various channels, including blogs, social media, and email marketing.

· Market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

Who We're Looking For:

· A degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

· Certifications in digital marketing platforms/tools are an advantage.

· Demonstrable experience in leading digital marketing initiatives.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· A creative thinker with a results-driven approach to marketing strategies.
