Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Marketing Assistant to join our team at Hexafly in Dublin, Ireland. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively persuade and influence others.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Hexafly's products and services - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and manage social media content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns - Monitor and track campaign performance and provide regular reports to management - Support the Marketing Manager in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools - Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is a plus
