Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Teckro is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team in Dublin, IE. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that will inform marketing strategies - Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, and social media posts - Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive engagement - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates - Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other promotional activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech industry - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Experience with B2B marketing is a plus
