Job Description:

Engager is seeking a driven and confident Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in online marketing who is looking to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion - Manage social media accounts to increase brand visibility and audience engagement - Create and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing - Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed
