  • Actively meet with clients to stay current on market trends and understand their needs and how salons operate, as well as internal stakeholders.

  • Utilise insights from customer visits, user/market research, and competitor analysis to propose feature enhancements or new functionality.

  • Define product KPIs and monitor mid-term impacts, being accountable for the business impact of your products and steady-state product performance monitoring.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify problems and opportunities, summarizing core issues and making data-driven recommendations.

  • Clearly communicate the value proposition, impact, and strategic fit of your product to various audiences, including teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

  • Work with Product and Development teams, as well as other departments in the company, in business critical strategic initiatives which your teams drive.

Who you are

  • Clear communication skills that promote collaboration and clarity, articulating important details and messaging appropriately for different audiences.

  • Comfortable interacting with clients, as well as existing and potential brand partners.

  • Experience in assessing risk vs. reward when making product recommendations and decisions.
