As the channel and customer expert, you’ll guide our business on identifying opportunities as well as supporting our customers through insights and suggestions.You will be part of a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of sales targets within your account portfolio will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking to drive change and are comfortable being an owner of customer plans. You will play a critical role in the success and growth of Kraft Heinz Ireland.In brief, you will be responsible for;Delivery of top-line sales, market share and profit targets within your customer portfolioManaging relationships and building long-term partnerships with your external stakeholdersImplementation of Kraft Heinz innovation projects with execution of in-store activationExecution of Kraft Heinz promotional strategy aligned with internal stakeholdersIdentifying and progressing new business opportunities in the Ireland business unitCustomer investment, terms and CPI negotiations, and promotional supportAbout YouSkills/experiences that will help you excel in the role:Experience working with business customers such as retailers & wholesalers on promotional activityAbility to negotiate with customers and reach mutually beneficial outcomesGood understanding of Excel for data analysisIdeally a Bachelor's degree or equivalentFluency in English essentialProfessional Attributes Communication SkillsAt Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.Confidence / Ability to give pushbackYou’re a go getter, you’re not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
