Responsibilities:

• Perform 1^st and 2^nd Carpentry fixes.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on carpentry aspects of buildings and structures.

• Remove and refurb, doors, windows frames, feature dry walls.

• Inspect, identify, and address structural issues to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Task driven

• A willingness to help others when needed.

• Collaborate with the team to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of facilities.

• Utilize carpentry tools and equipment to complete assigned projects, maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs, focusing on enhancing safety measures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Carpenter, demonstrating excellence within the industry (Mandatory)

• Proficiency in carpentry techniques, including, strip out’s, framing, finishing, and general repairs, with a deep understanding of safety protocols and safety standards.

• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines within the industry.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, showcasing effective problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate seamless coordination with team members on maintenance projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a relevant certification in carpentry or a related field considered advantageous.

• Must have own tools and transport (Mandatory)

• Valid driver's license, facilitating travel to different project sites.
