Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Communications Specialist to join our team at Penneys. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing communication strategies that effectively convey our brand's message to our target audience. This position is remote work, so you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to promote the company's brand, products, and services - Create engaging content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and newsletters - Manage relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase brand visibility - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Experience with creating presentations and delivering them effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools
