Location: Swords, Dublin, Ireland Type: Temporary Job #25180 Our client is a leading facilities services provider across Ireland, Europe, and the UK. Their service areas include technical services, energy and building services, cleaning, security, front of house and consultancy. They are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a 16-Month contract. Title: HR Manager Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: 16-Month Contact Salary: Up to €60,000 Location: Swords, Dublin Visa Sponsorship: No Key responsibilities: Working with the People Director and People team to shape and drive and open, positive culture. Provide employee relations advice, management and guidance and work effectively with managers and employees in this space. Conduct grievance and disciplinary meetings to closure. Assist in the absence management and performance management of staff. Supporting in completion of the recruitment cycle from initial job application, interviewing, screening through to contract and induction stage. Support HR and Operations teams during Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE). Provide HR operational support including, absence management updates, HR reports and internal and external audits as appropriate. Prepare and issue management information to the client business and provide guidance to management on HR statistics and other required data. Devise HR initiatives to support the development of people management practices and increase employee engagement. To be flexible and carry out other duties as required. About You: You must have 5 years HR experience within a generalist HR role, within a busy environment. A degree in HR Management or related qualifications. Have strong experience with organisations changes, restructures. Have a strong HR employment law understanding and awareness. Understanding of TUPE legislation and practise, desired.
